“Who’s your real Daddy?” is a question that remarkably continues to dog Barack Obama, even as he proceeds into his fourth and possibly his last year in office as president.

With the release this July of Joel Gilbert’s full-length documentary, “Dreams from My Real Father: A Story of Reds and Deception,” the mystery deepens regarding who Obama really is. Gilbert says the film “provides the first cohesive understanding of Obama’s deep rooted life journey in socialism, from his childhood to his Presidency. ”

Gilbert rejects the official story that the Kenyan-born Barack Obama was Obama’s father.

Instead, he argues, Frank Marshall Davis, the radical poet and journalist who was a card-carrying member of the Communist Party of the USA, was the real father of Barack Obama.

“I decided to investigate Frank Marshall Davis. His close physical resemblance to Obama was shocking, while Obama little resembled the Kenyan Obama,” Joel Gilbert, producer of the DVD documentary told WND. “How could this be?”

In Dreams from My Real Father, Barack Obama is portrayed by a voiceover actor who chronicles Barack Obama’s life journey in socialism, from birth through his election to the Presidency. The film begins by presenting the case that Barack Obama’s real father was Frank Marshall Davis, a Communist Party USA propagandist who likely shaped Obama’s world view during his formative years. Barack Obama sold himself to America as the multi-cultural ideal, a man who stood above politics. Was the goat herding Kenyan father only a fairy tale to obscure a Marxist agenda, irreconcilable with American values?

This fascinating narrative is based in part on 2 years of research, interviews, newly unearthed footage and photos, and the writings of Davis and Obama himself. Dreams from My Real Father weaves together the proven facts with reasoned logic and speculation in an attempt to fill-in the obvious gaps in Obama’s history. Is this the story Barack Obama should have told, revealing his true agenda for “fundamentally transforming America?” Director Joel Gilbert concludes, “The ‘Birthers’ have been on a fool’s errand. To understand Obama’s plans for America, the question is not ‘Where’s the Birth Certificate?,’ the question is ‘Who is the real father?’”

While the media and politicians stalk such chimera du jour as the “swine-flu epidemic” and “climate change,” the far more obvious and dangerous threat represented by the leader of Iran gets treated like a dog-bites-man story that will go away if only we ignore it long enough. Atomic Jihad, however, reminds us that it refuses to go away.

In Atomic Jihad, excerpts of speeches of Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad run through the documentary, speeches that show him promising, over and over, the imminent restoration of Islam to the global pre-eminence it enjoyed until the Industrial Revolution, a pre-eminence that was not only economic and military, but also religious and political.

What’s even more troubling is that the documentary examines another Islamic country as well: the United States of America. Interwoven with the speeches of Ahmadinejad are those of President Barack Obama, speeches in which the Muslim-reared leader of the free world, amid effulgent praise for the glories of Islam, promises Ahmadinejad and Muslims worldwide that under his administration the U.S. will be as Islamo-friendly as it was Islamo-antagonistic under George W. Bush.
